If your product is damaged, faulty or does not match the product that you ordered then please contact us within 2 days of receiving your product by emailing joeycoleman@colemangroup.co.uk or calling 01832 272868 and we will rectify the situation.
This product is non-returnable unless faulty or damaged. The free delivery shall be to the ground floor only and palletised deliveries shall be made to the kerbside outside the delivery address.

Please note that printers & office furniture that are returned but are in good working order will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
